Great friendly and personal service from Phil when purchasing our house. Used a different estate agent to sell our house and regretted that decision once we used Cartermoon to buy our new one. Couldn’t recommend Cartermoon high enough. They actually care about their clients and offer a great customer service and experience.

Thank you for your email and your help with our house purchase. We had a couple of previous houses that fell through with other agents and this was the smoothest experience we had from start to finish, not just because we were able to complete this purchase but because of Phil's overall attitude and helpfulness. He was able to secure a second viewing for us around Christmas when I think the office was actually meant to be, or close to being, closed which we appreciated massively, and at both viewings he was very open and insightful about the property and made us feel very comfortable. He was also very helpful and timely in his communication between us and the sellers when negotiating a price and he kept us in the loop at all times, something which we did not experience with other agents and something that we valued massively.

After my house spending so long on the market with two other estate agents and having only a few viewings I transferred to Connor at Carter Moon and found their services very professional, they kept me updated and regularly checked in with me with progress. After a couple of months on the market with them my house sold. During the sale process connor was brilliant, he kept me informed of progress and chased all the relevant people on my behalf to make the sale go as quickly and smoothly as possible. the stress was taken out of the sale thanks to Connor.
